Once a design has been approved and production has started, changes may result in additional charges.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that supplied content does not infringe the copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or other rights of another person or organisation.
Hashem & Sons Arts reserves the right to refuse content that appears unlawful, offensive, misleading, or potentially infringing.
7. Payments

Customers requesting vehicle graphics or wrapping should ensure that the vehicle is available at the agreed time and is in a suitable condition for installation.
The condition of the existing vehicle paint, bodywork, repairs, rust, dents, previous wraps, coatings, or other surface conditions may affect installation and removal.
Customers should inform us of any known paint repairs, respraying, bodywork, or surface issues before installation.
Where appropriate, we may recommend additional preparation before wrapping or applying graphics.
11. Signage Installation
For signage installation, customers are responsible for providing accurate information regarding the installation location and obtaining any permissions, approvals, permits, landlord approvals, building approvals, or other authorisations that may be required unless we have specifically agreed in writing to handle them.
Additional work or costs may apply if site conditions are different from those originally disclosed.
12. Inspection of Completed Work
Customers should inspect completed work as soon as reasonably possible.
If there is a concern regarding the completed product or service, please contact us promptly and provide:
